If you contact our support team, you may be asked to share your device, operating system (OS), and game version. This information is important because it helps us narrow down the issue you're reporting and allows us to fix it. Finding this information should only take a few steps. Here's a step-by-step guide on how to do it.

Device

This is usually the “generic” name of the phone, like LG G5 or Samsung Galaxy S8.

  • Open your device's Settings.
  • Tap About Phone or About Device.

Operating system (OS)

This will be your Android version. The steps to find the current version of the operating system vary by device. Here are some general instructions that work for most devices:

  • Open your device's Settings.
  • Tap About Phone or About Device.
  • Tap Android Version to display your version information.

Game version

While there are many ways to find out, one of the easiest ones is through the Google Play Store app:

  • Open the Google Play Store app Google Play.
  • Search for your game.
  • Tap About this game (below the Your Review and the Developer contact sections).
  • Scroll to the bottom of the screen.
  • Below the Game Info section, you'll find a section called Compatibility for your active devices, which will list the version installed on your device, as shown in the screenshot below.
