Please check the troubleshooting steps below if you're unable to download any of our games from the Google Play Store.

Make sure you're logged in to the account where you purchased the game

If the Play Store prompts you to purchase the game and you've already bought it, it's likely you may have logged into a different account. You can switch Google accounts on the Google Play Store app by following the steps below:

  1. Open the Google Play Store appGoogle Play.
  2. At the top right, tap your profile picture or initial.
  3. Tap the Down arrow Down arrow .
  4. Select the account you'd like to switch to.

If you're not sure which account you used, you can simply check your purchase history by following the steps below:

  1. On your mobile device, open the Play Store Google Play.
  2. At the top right, tap your profile icon.
  3. Tap Payments & subscriptions and thenBudget & history.
  4. Tap Purchase history.

Make sure to have a strong internet connection

You may be unable to download the game if your internet connection is slow or unstable.

We'd recommend connecting to a Wi-Fi network with good signal strength or, if you don’t have access to Wi-Fi, make sure you have a good enough signal for a mobile data connection instead.

Check if you have enough phone storage available

You may have trouble downloading apps if your device has less than 1GB of free storage available, as low storage prevents the download and installation of apps on most devices.

You can check your free storage by going to Settings, then About Device or About This Phone, and then tapping Storage.

If your phone has less than 1GB of free storage, try deleting unused apps or backing up photos to the cloud and then try downloading the game again.

Clear Google Play and Google Play Services cache and data

If the issues persist after trying the previous steps, clearing the Google Play Store's cache usually does the trick.

Repeat these steps for Google Play Services as well.

  1. Open your device's Settings app.
  2. Tap Apps and then Manage apps, or a similar path on your phone.
  3. Scroll down and tap Google Play StoreGoogle Play.
  4. At the bottom right, tap Clear data and then Clear all data.

Restart your device

If these steps didn't help, you can try restarting your device by pressing and holding the power button and selecting restart on the screen that shows up.

Countries or territories under economic sanctions

Because our games are only distributed through official channels, if you live in a country or territory currently under economic sanctions, you may face difficulties when trying to purchase new content or access previously purchased content, as all digital stores must comply with all active economic sanctions.

We understand this may be inconvenient but, because this is a legal restriction, we're unfortunately unable to provide any assistance until the situation changes.
