To recover your game progress, please follow these steps:
Log in with the same account you used to play previously. Progress is tied to your account login.
Check your internet connection to ensure the game can sync your data properly.
If your progress still doesn’t appear, don’t worry! Please contact our support team by sending a ticket with your user ID and the amount of missing trophies or medals.
To find your User ID:
Tap ☰ on the top right of the game to go to Settings, then scroll and copy the ID with the papers icon.
