If you contact our support team, you may be asked to share your Device, Operating System (OS), and Game Version. This information is important because it helps us narrow down the issue for us to fix it. Finding this information should only take a few minutes. Here's a step-by-step on how to do it.

Device


This is usually the “generic” name of the phone, like iPhone Xs or iPad 4.

  • Open your device's Settings.
  • Tap General halfway down the page. 
  • Tap About to see your device's information
  • See your device next to Model Name



OS


This will be your software version. The steps to find the current version of the operating system vary by device. Here are some general instructions that work for most devices:

  • Tap About to see your device's information
  • See your OS next to Software version 



Game Version


We need to know what game update you have. There are many ways to find out. 
One of the easiest is through the App Store :

  • Open the App store
  • Switch to the Update tab from on the bottom of the page
  • Tap the Purchase button from the upper section of your iPhone screen
  • You will find all iOS apps purchased or downloaded from App store. 
  • App versions can be found with each app.
