Your purchases should sync automatically if you're in the same Apple ID and have Cloud Save on. However, if you find you're missing your purchased Heroes, please follow these steps:
Missing purchases troubleshooting
- Make sure you have Game Center updated.
Check for an update via Settings > General > Software Update - Review your App Store purchase history to make sure your purchase went through and that you're logged in with the same Apple ID you used for the order.
- Verify that Cloud Save is ON in the in-game settings.
- Restart your game.
