Try the steps below f you're experiencing an issue when updating or downloading our games from the App Store on your iPhone or iPad.

Open the App Store and sign in

If a blue account button has appeared at the top of the App Store, you may not be signed in. Tap it and sign in with your Apple ID. 

Check your payment method

You may need to have a payment method on file, even if the app you want to download is free, or if you had purchased it before. Check which payment method you have on file and make sure it hasn't expired.

Prioritize the download

From the Home screen, touch and hold the app. From the menu that appears, choose Prioritise Download.

If you still can't download or update apps

Try to restart your device. Else you can either contact Apple Support or send a ticket to our Support Team
